I will start off by saying, I don't generally leave reviews. I believe good service should be expected in an industry such as this, but the team at Baxter Toyota of Lincoln did above and beyond what one would expect. As far as the sales team goes, our salesperson was the first real person and not a typical auto salesman I've come across in a few decades. He listens to what you're saying as well as checks the facts for any questions one might have. He is friendly, professional and does everything to make the car buying experience feel anything but.We spent a bit longer on a Saturday at the dealership, mainly because of the weather and a few computer issues. Really it was just enjoyable to spend part of the day there. It was a no stress and no pressure experience... I am just still so excited for the purchase I made at Baxter Toyota Lincoln and can't express enough how well these guys did from the start by having the truck inside on a private showroom, the no pressure test-drive, thorough and informative explanation of all options when it came time for the paperwork, to finally the stellar detail job upon delivery of the truck. Walking into Baxter Toyota Lincoln was a little intimidating as it was my first time looking for a new car in my adult life. Having previously had old, used cars and being accustomed to that shopping process, I went in with as much researched knowledge as the internet could offer -- thankfully Baxter and our salesperson made the transaction seamless. I bought my first car in January of 2026, and I could not be more grateful for the experience that I had with him. "I have been taking my RAV4 to Baxter since moving here. The entire place is always clean, the staff welcoming, and there is lots of space to relax while waiting. They also provide a variety of snacks and drinks including water, coffee, pop, etc. The mechanics are transparent with their findings and costs to fix issues are reasonable. Baxter has also serviced my husband's GMC so they are not limited to Toyota. Highly recommend."
