My experience with Baxter Toyota has been very good. This is the second vehicle I've purchased from them. Both good experiences. My salesman, Adam Holland, was easy to work with, negotiate with, and knowledgeable. He explained extended warranty options well. I felt I made an informed decision without sales pressure. Also I was shown how to connect my phone, and the dash and Apple Car Play was explained to me by a sharp and patient lady, who's name I've unfortunately forgot. Overall a good experience.

We got the car we wanted at a very reasonable price. It took a while for the car to arrive to the dealership, but we were pleased with it when we were able to look at it. Adam was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and readily answered our questions; we enjoyed working with him. Though he did a great job, it seemed somewhat inefficient to have the salesman complete all the paperwork. Overall, a great experience.
